Richard invests in agriculture by purchasing crops during each harvest season and reselling them later. From the profits, 10% is used to repay MMED interest, while the remaining income supports his family's basic needs.

This support has enabled Richard to remain focused on his ministry without financial strain, while also generating sustainable income for his household. Through his example, he models a strong work ethic and financial responsibility to the leaders he mentors.

Today, Richard and his wife Joselyne oversee 17 communities, and their work has been a significant blessing to the entire team.

Through buying and reselling soya beans, Samuel has built a stable source of income. The profits from this business have enabled him to construct a new home, demonstrating how small-scale livelihood support can lead to long-term stability and improved living conditions.
